Another Bitter

Modified kit from Northern Brewer (Kit was British Bitter. Recipe modified by addition of 1 lb Light DME,  Dry hopped in the secondary

Brewed with all 5 gallons of water bypassing the water softener. I'm hoping this will add a hint of the mineral taste that comes out in some great bitters in the UK. (previous attempt info)

Update - 03/15/01: Well, this one didn't make it. long before I had a chance to bottle or keg, my ex decided to pour the whole thing down the drain (this, and most other things I had saved up....good scotches, Bushmills purchased at the the distillery, many of my glasses, growlers, coasters, brewing equipment & supplies, etc., were lost, too...see pics below).
