Modified Octoberfest  kit from Brewer's Best. 

6.6 lbs Plain Light Malt Extract
1 lb Corn Sugar
8 oz Crystal Malt 60L
4 oz Crystal Malt 20L
1 oz Willamette (57 min) 5.5% Alpha
1 oz Hallertau  (3 min) 3.1% Alpha
Wyeast 1318 London III Ale Yeast

Fermented at approx. 67 deg F

O.G. 1.059 - 09/27/01

F.G. 1.013 - 11/02/01

ABV - 6.0%

Bottled - 11/02/01

Kegged, non-carbonated to simulate cask-conditioned. (several 12 oz and 22 oz bottles were filled as well)
