Modified Bavarian Hefe Weizen kit (#1240-5) from Northern Brewer.  

This is Steve Schroeder's first home brew...and a tasty one, too!

Bottled primarily in a Henninger Brau rack of 20 .5 liter flip-top bottles...the rest went in 22 oz and 12 oz bottles

6 lbs Wheat Malt Syrup
1 lbs Wheat DME
.5 lbs DWC Caramel Pils
.5 lbs Durst Wheat
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen yeast
1 oz Tettnang (60 min) 4.2% Alpha

Fermented at approx. 67 deg F

O.G. 1.050 - 09/09/01

F.G. 1.013 - 10/10/01

ABV - 4.8%

Bottled - 10/10/01
